Hi, I'm Heidy.
I'm a Jay Shetty certified self-leadership coach based in the Netherlands, and I work with ambitious women navigating the gap between who they adapted to be and who they're becoming.
My path to this work wasn't accidental. With over 17 years of experience in compliance leadership at financial institutions, I spent nearly two decades inside one of the most high-performing, high-pressure professional environments that exists. I know intimately what it costs to be excellent at what you do while quietly losing track of who you are. I know what it looks like to show up fully for a system, and slowly less fully for yourself.
That experience didn't just inform my coaching. It is my coaching. The precision, the pattern recognition, the ability to ask the question that cuts through the noise and names what's actually happening; those are skills I built over 17 years in boardrooms and compliance frameworks. Now I use them to help women find their way back to themselves.
I became a certified coach because I wanted a methodology that matched the depth of what I'd lived. The Jay Shetty certification gave me that framework. My career gave me the authority to use it with women who operate at a high level and feel the cost of adaptation in ways they can't always name.
